The Metal Coat 11ED-Electric Drive Wire Flame Spray Gun is designed for spraying soft thermal spray wires such as Zinc, Lead, Tin, Aluminium, Babbitt etc.
The Metal Coat 11ED Wire Flame Spray Gun is powered by a DC Motor, developed after years of our experience and research in the thermal spray industry. This is the best gun in the segment for spraying soft wires such as aluminium, zinc, lead, tin, babbitt, etc. The 11ED Wire Flame Spray Gun has minimum parts compared to other wire flame spray models, with maximum ease of maintenance. The DC motor in the wire flame Spray Gun gives a constant wire feed rate, which results in the superior quality of coatings.
For ease of viewing the wire feed unit, wire feed rollers are placed in the transparent box. The box can be easily opened without any tool to remove the wire chips or any dust that may accumulate after spraying.

- Wire size can be easily changed just by replacing the nozzle and siphon plug for the required wire size.
- Minimal maintenance is required for its operation.
- A detachable side handle is provided to ease the hand working if required. It can be placed on either side of the gun according to the operator’s requirement.
- Wire feed on/off switch is given on the handle for easy operation.
- DC Motor ensures constant wire feed for better coatings.
